Corallo is a chandelier coposed of 13 bulbs light, the desire to rethink the relationship between person and environment, rediscovering it more intimate, a symbiotic relationship, where the human being exchanges his needs with the creatures-objects he is surrounded by, creating a new ecosystem , entirely sustainable.
Jonathan Bocca alias J.o.B (1998) is an Italian sculptor designer from Lucca. Graduated in Interior Design at the IED in Florence, during his career he had the opportunity to attend the University of art London (UAL) for six months. Following his graduation, he managed to enter the Fabrica Research Center in Treviso as a creative mind. Here he has the opportunity to study and work on new materials for his sculptures and objects, creating the first pieces such as "Entanglement" and "Restless Objects". The peculiarity of his works is the use and research of "poor" materials used to improve everyday life. Since then he has concentrated on developing the study of paper, and waste from the main industries of his hometown. Investigating how this material could change the way design is conceived and produced. "Paper is an extremely strong compound, almost completely organic and easy to handle." In this last year, Job has been exhibited at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, at the Collectible Fair in Brussels and at the Biennale Della Carta, raising awareness on the reuse of organic waste in our daily life.
