Sultan was born in the Saudi Arabian Kingdom's Al-Kharj region. He started looking for himself as an artist in 2014, starting with pop art before switching to film photography. The artist is currently researching various types of prints. The artist's practices revolve around nature, human, and their relationship, harkening back to his childhood in a quiet and peaceful agricultural area.
